She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Klug and Frances Klug (Widlowski); her husband Leo A. Engelman; her sisters, Irene Mersch and Frances Kunkel; and her son-in-law Michael Connolly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Panier (Dennis) of Peru and Janice Bednar (Bob) of Eau Claire, WI; her grandchildren, Julie Zelenski (Andy), Chad Panier (Molly), Sarah Boss (Adam) and Patrick Connolly; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Abby, Ella, Hannah, Jack, Connor and Easton; and her brother Donald Klug (Marlene) of Peru.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (1925 5th St, Peru, IL 61354). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (104 Oak St, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
