It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melvin B. Baima of Peru, Illinois, born in La Salle, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Baima and Florence Baima (Casserly); his wife Irene Bazzani; and his siblings, Florence Davis, Robert and William Baima.

He is survived by : his children, Candy Brady (Jim) of Peru and Bill Baima (Robin) of Springfield; his sister Patsy Winter of St. Louis; his sister-in-law Cathy Baima of Ladd; and his close friends, Benny and Becky. He is also survived by six grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
