He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey "Bud" Leone and Evelyn Leone (Schwab); and his wife Mary Chambers. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Doug Leone (Adrienne Schupbach) of Nixa, MO and Jason Leone (Molly) of Peru; his grandchildren, Elena, Adelyn, Zach, Arianna, Alessia, Christian and Aliyah; his brother Jim Leone (Linda) of Arlington; and his nephew Brian.
