Though Michaeleen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dittmar and Lucille Dittmar (Cassidy); her brothers, William Dittmar (Anita), Robert Dittmar (Bonnie) and Richard Dittmar (Irene "Dolly"); and her siblings' children, Christine Carlson and Daniel Dittmar (Linda).
She is survived by: her husband James Stimac of Peru; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Bristol of Mendota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Illinois Valley Animal Rescue or American Cancer Association.
