Nancy Stuart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Stuart of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on May 12, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nevicosi and Joanne Nevicosi (Volpini); her in-laws, Joel "Bud" and Mary Lou Stuart; and her stepgrandson Justin Cruz.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Stuart of Peru; her children, Stacy McGunnigal (Dave) of Peru, Nicholas Stuart (Doris) of Spring, TX and Tommy Stuart (Gina) of La Salle; her grandchildren, Madison McGunnigal (Drake Doucette), Stuart McGunnigal, Kylie Stuart and Aidan Stuart; her stepgrandchildren, Jaden Corsolini and Jake Clark; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brady Clark, Noah Clark and Adelyn Clark; and her brother John Nevicosi (Bette) of Oak Island, NC. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be made to Hall Township Food Pantry, Cops for Cancer, or to the family for Nancy's other favorite charities.
