He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Christison and Mary Irene Christison (Glossop); his siblings, Marjorie Verdon (Joe), Elmer Christison and Wayne Christison (Madge); his brother-in-law Russ Gardner; and his nephew Brett Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Lisa Wesender (Carl) of Batavia, John Christison (Ruth) of West Burlington, IA and Denise Christison (Brian Gibson) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Maddie Christison, Jack Christison and Kaitlyn Wesender; and his sister Kathryn Gardner of Springfield.
