Robert T. Antkowiak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert T. Antkowiak of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Antkowiak and Helen Antkowiak (Urban); and his sister-in-law Joyce Donahue. He is survived by: his wife Holly Antkowiak of Peru; his siblings-in-law, Lyle Morrow (Kathleen) of West Chicago and Norma Dugdale (Gerald) of Aurora; and his pet Maizy. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; ten great-nieces and nephews; and two great-great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the St. Valentine's Church (1109 Pulaski St, Peru, IL 61354). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Vincent's Cemetery.
