She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Jay and Alice Thompson (Windels); her spouse Ivon J. Sharkey; her stepson Michael; and her siblings, Jay C., Jim, John Thompson, Dolores "Tootie" Fonderoli and Mildred Mini.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Andersen (Shawn) and Brian Sharkey; her stepchildren, Paula Eubanks and Mark Sharkey; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Milaicki (Marshal Herrmann) and Erik Milaicki (Mallory Bima); her great grandchild Amelia "Millie" Milaicki; her stepgrandchildren, Cody Parrott, Jacob Sharkey (Audrey), Tyler, Maddisen and Mitchell Andersen (Rebecca Esparza); and her nieces, Cathy Fonderoli and Lori Jurkas. She is also survived by 6 step great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Illinois Veterans Home in LaSalle.
