She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Jimmy" Studzinski and Leona Studzinski (Vosburgh); her husband Fran Szott; and her brothers, Don Studzinski, James Studzinski and Ken Studzin.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Galassi (Jim) of Schaumburg and Gary Szott (Rose) of Naperville; her grandchildren, Allison Arndt (Austin), Mark Szott (Brie) and Jack Szott (Cara); and her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Adaline, Bo Arndt, Turner, Mason and Miller Szott.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Valentine Church, Peru or Northwestern Memorial Foundation Marianjoy Aphasia Center.
