She is survived by: her daughters, Liz Dacko of Chicago, Lainie Dacko of Chicago and Nina Dacko of Houston, TX; and her brothers, Jerry Kuchar of Schaumburg, Mike Kuchar (Pat) of Schaumburg and Peter Kuchar of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
