He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Stalsis and Helen Stalsis Sr.; his spouse Shirley Lampe Stalsis; his sister Mary Balma; and his grandson Clinton Lampe.
He is survived by: his significant other Jean Decker; his children, Lori McNaughton of California, Julia Lubin (Gary) of California and Vincent Stalsis (Trish) of Colorado; the parent of his children Shirley Verda McAnn of California; his stepchildren, David Lampe (Diane) of LaSalle, Kelly Lampe of Morton, IL and Cheryl Zera (Jim) of Peru; and his sister Ann Ellis (Rusty) of Spring Valley. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
