He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershall Lynn "Penn" and Daisy Minor (Wells); and his siblings, Rod, Pat, Bill Minor, Jacque Boehm and Marsha Minor.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Nicole Rosewall (Scott), Jamie Davis (Dustin), Chelsea Peddycoart (Phil) and Cody Minor; and his grandchildren, Peyton Davis, Addy Davis, Bryson Peddycoart and Tessa Peddycoart. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
