With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Spaulding of Petersburg, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spaulding and Fern Spaulding (Hively); and his children, Bobby, John and Teresa.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Cunningham; his daughters, Sheila Wiss (Dennis) and Alice Larnerd; and his grandchildren, Zacharia Spaulding, Jade Thomas (Jimmy), Celia Lanctot (Ben), Guy Wiss (Rachel), Garrett Wiss, Maxwell Martin and Alexandra Martin.
