He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Harp (Pat); and his son Ryan Larson. He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Follis; his stepson Kevin Larson (Samantha); and his children, Chance Rutherford, Michael Lemons (Taylor) and Faith Follis (Joe).
