He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Krueger, Sr. and Jolene E. Krueger (Cuthbertson); his son Edward Charles Krueger III; and his siblings, Thomas Krueger, Jolene Downey and Mary Francis Algiene.
He is survived by: his spouse Terrie P. Kramer; his daughter Lisa Kenna (Michael); his sister Shirley Stein (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Rene'Algiene, Bill Downey, Marianne Howley (Frank) and Mary Ann Krueger; his uncles, Chuck Cuthbertson (Cis) and Bobby Cuthbertson (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Deb Nally (Patrick), Sher Cuthbertson (Tracy), Serina Stein, Amanda Shaughnessy (Joe), Michael Cuthbertson, Thomas Cuthbertson (Annie), James Stein (Kathy), Jason Downey (Kristen), Dan Howley (Janet) and Tony Howley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (705 N 1st St, Vienna, IL 62995). The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Home of Lisa and Michael Kenna Chicago.
