He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Gardener; and his children, Sharon Campbell (Larry) of Geneseo, IL, Harold Jr. Thomas (Veronica) of St. Joseph, Peggy Clem (Wayne) of Philo, John Thomas (Ruth) of Philo and Joseph Thomas (Audra) of Champaign. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
