Miller (Shock); his wife Kelly Lynn Miller of Pinckneyville, IL; his stepparents, Mary Miller of Pinckneyville, IL and Jerry Crider of Pinckneyville, IL; his daughter Laci Harper (Drew Vandiver) of Marissa, IL; and his granddaughters, Hailey and Olivia Vandiver.

Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
