He was predeceased by : his father James (Marlene); his brother Mike Bolling; and his parents-in-law, Ed and Ilene Stephenson. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Beth Bolling; his children, Erik Bolling (Danielle), Jay Pursell (Kelly), Kyle Pursell (Caitlin), Jill (Tom) of Larzac and Angela Weis (Terry); his grandchildren, Easton, Ella, Grady, Remy, Emmett and Koa; his siblings, Debbie Hoffman (Paul), Bob Bolling, Joe Bolling, Steve Bolling (Freda) and Carol Allen (Tim); and his sister-in-law Margaret Bolling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
