It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Hampton of Pinckneyville, Illinois, born in Carterville, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Hampton and Dona Hampton (Day); and her sisters, Mildred Ward, Virginia Craig and Mary Lee Hampton.

She is survived by : her nieces, Phyllis Manker of Manteno, IL, Mary Ann Badgley (Don) of Steeleville, IL and Joie Gulley of Pinckneyville, IL; and her nephew Robert Ward (Linda) of Lafayette, LA.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Pinckneyville Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center Activity Fund for the residents or the Marion First Baptist Church.
