He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Slusher of Pinckneyville, IL; his children, Kevin L. Hicks (Dawn Fitzpatrick) of Pinckneyville, IL, William "Bill" Hicks (Erica) of Pinckneyville, IL, Michelle Jenkel of Fairview Heights, Kimberly Meyer (Jeff) of Marion, IL and Lisa McGlinn of Pinckneyville, IL; his grandchildren, Asnley Busalacki (Annie), Luke Hicks (Jessica), Hunter Hicks (Hadlee), Zach Meyer, Riana McGlinn and Joshua McGlinn; and his pet Max. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
