She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Bathon and Ella Marie Bathon (Hoffmann); her husband Daniel Mark Mathis; her siblings, Carl Bathon, Raymond Bathon, Donald Bathon, Patricia Przygoda and Marilyn Peradotta; her son Dustin Daniel Mathis; and her father-in-law Daniel Mathis (Gladys).
She is survived by: her daughter Jacie Marie Mathis (Jeronimo) of Pinckneyville, IL; her brothers, William Bathon of Tamaroa, IL, Mark Bathon (Karen) of Radom, IL, Roger Bathon (Colleen) of New Braunfels, TX and James Bathon (Cindy) of Carbondale, IL; her grandchildren, Chesnie Mathis of Pinckneyville, IL and Asher Amador of Pinckneyville, IL; and her godchildren, Gino Peradotta of Portland, OR, Kate Shufeldt (Greg) of Indianapolis, IN and Shannon Bathon of Belleville, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
