Lorraine D. Sharp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine D. Sharp of Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Lorraine has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman S. Dressler and Irene Dressler (Ratajczyk); her spouse Thomas E. Sharp; and her parents-in-law, Earl and Madie Sharp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, a great niece, great nephews, and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Barbara Cemetery.
