He was predeceased by: his parents, Dino and Wilhelmina. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Joel Pignotti and Jill Cheskes (Brad); his grandchildren, Caden, Elise Pignotti, Daniel and Sydney Cheskes; his stepchildren, Cindy Mangiaforte (Bob), Kee Colen (Laura), Michael Colen (Michele), Jennifer Russell (Scott) and Bart Colen; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren (Ian), Megan (Dan), Christine, Patrick (Emily), Jessica (Reid), Hillary, Ashley (Nathan), Elizabeth, Tim, Dennis (Abbi), John Paul (Maggie), Courtney, Andrew, Rebecca, Matthew, Thomas, Anna, Parker and Joseph; and his siblings, Dennis Pignotti (Dorothy), Roseann Kowalski (late James) and Mary Faulconer (Jim).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (845 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118).
