He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Fusco and Bessie Fusco; his spouse DonnaLee Fusco; his children, Samuel Fusco Jr. (Amy Lynn), Amy Lynn Belloli (David) and Gina Elizabeth Luigi (Ranieri); his grandchildren, Aydan Samuel III, Ryan Samuel, Jack Patrick, Jason David Belloli, Isabella Marianna and McKenna Samantha Ranieri; and his siblings, Charles Fusco and Phyllis Netzel (late Ken).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Gather-Venue (14n205 Reinking Rd, Pingree Grove, IL 60140).
