She was predeceased by: her parents, James Phillip and Amy McCuan (Smith); her former husband Sherman Boyd; her husband J. B. Tanner; and her brother Bill McCuan (Janice).
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Tanner (Wanda) of Pittsburg, IL, Phillip Tanner (Susan) of Lebanon, IL and Greg Tanner (Rhonda) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, James Tanner (Courtney), Alana Joines (Eric), Amber Rumsey (Tyler), Amy Harrelson, Amy Hurd (Michael), Rhys Tanner, Byron Tanner, Twila Stancliff (Micah), Lorelei Tanner and Brandy Kwiatkowski (Steve). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cemetery Just Prior.
