She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Tom" Futrell and Wilma Imogene Futrell (Fite); her sister Sherry Ann Futrell; and her nephew Eric Spurgeon. She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Rodgers of Carlinville, IL; her son Matt Rodgers of Casselberry, FL; her granddaughters, Mikayla Rodgers and Bailey Rodgers; her brother Tom; her sister-in-law Diane Futrell of Cambria, IL; her sister Marlene; her brother-in-law John Carson of Clinton, IL; her sister Alice Stearns of Murphysboro, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Chris, Brandi Futrell, Cassie, Ben Puckett, Bethany, Victor Vides, Johnny, Jennifer Carson, Jeni, Jason Morrow, Joshua, Rachel Carson, Jacki Stearns and Nick Alsvan. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the West Monroe Apostolic Church (1609 W Monroe St, Herrin, IL 62948). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
