She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mulford and Florine Spann Mulford; and her former husband Steve Smith. She is survived by: her husband Michael Palmer; her daughter Morgan Phillips (Preston) of Valley City, IL; her grandchildren, Alexis Ervin (Cody), Maddison Brown (Robert) and Rhio Phillips; her brothers-in-law, John Palmer (Pat), Terry Palmer (Tracy) and Gary Palmer (Wanda); her pet Sophie; and her close friends, Chris Conger and Wyvetta Davis. She is also survived by her daughter and grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to be made to Gray Cemetery.
