She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Zumwalt and Dorothy Gwartney Zumwalt; her daughter Brandy Lee Barnes; her sisters, Zona Sperry and Debbie Daniels; and her brother-in-law Greg Hobson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Courtney, Kaydyn, Jeremy, Kaleb and Sierra; her daughter Shelly LaRock (Rick); her siblings, Rick Zumwalt (Andrea), Randy Zumwalt and Darla Hobson; and her extended family Jeff Allensworth. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
