She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ransom and Frances Ransom (Riley); her son Brian Charles; her grandchildren, Joshua Smith and Riley Smith; her brothers, Albert Ransom (Evelyn), Richard'Dick'Ransom and Paul Ransom; her son-in-law Mike Niebur; her brother-in-law J. W. Ranft; and her nephew Andrew Ranft.
She is survived by: her children, Grant Smith (Julie Martinez) of Wonder Lake, IL and Jennifer Niebur of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, Nicholas Niebur, Kasey Smith, Alexandra Weyland (Russ) and Ariana Aganus (Jake); her great grandchildren, Kason, Jude, Perry, Autumn and Aiden; her sisters, Sherry Ranft and Brenda Lagemann; her sister-in-law Jane Ransom (Smith); and her friend Lorrie Guthrie (Danny). She is also survived by in-laws that she always was made to forever feel like family; many nieces and nephews; and her caretaker.
Memorials are suggested to be made to Oakwood Cemetery.
