He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sibley and Ada Sibley (Gourley); his wife Wilma Sibley (Elledge); and his son-in-law Roger Akers. He is survived by: his children, Paul Dean Sibley (Susie) and Peggy Conkright (Tracey); and his grandchildren, Shane Sibley (Lori), Stacy Godar (Frank), Chris Akers (Cory), Lance Sibley (Brianna), Jennifer Tarmann (Ben), Jill Schroeder (Chase) and Mindy Sibley.
