He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Hayden and Genevieve Wilson Hayden; his siblings, Karla and Ronald Hayden; his daughter Angela Moss; his parents-in-law, Frank and Mildred McCartney, Jr.; his brothers-in-law, Mike Callihan and Denny McCartney; and his son-in-law Bob Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Hayden of Pittsfield, IL; his daughter Jennifer Capps (Steve) of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Tucker Moss (Kyleah), Hadyn Webel, Tanner Moss (Hayli) and Tyler Capps; his great grandchildren, Rhoni, Maysen of Zoey, JB and Iverson; his sister Bonnie Callihan of St. Peters, MO; and his in-laws, Cecelia Nevius (Mike), Pat McCartney (Jera), Tom McCartney (Marlys), Rick McCartney (Wendy) and Diana McCartney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
