Joyce Stone Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2025, at the age of 73, Joyce Stone of Pittsfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Raftery and Kathlyn Huffman Raftery; her husband Albert Dale Stone; her brother John Raftery; her niece Amy Throne; and her mother-in-law Nellie Irene Stone.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Stone (Chris Beck) of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, Levi Borrowman (Delaynie Robinson), Hannah Whitley, Chloe Stone (Brenden Blake), Kayden Gallagher and Owen Gallagher; her brother Gene Raftery; and her sister-in-law Margaret Raftery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Niebur Funeral Home (530 W Adams St, Pittsfield, IL 62363). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
