He is survived by : his mother Della Marion VanBuskirk Downing of Pittsfield, IL; his wife Candace Downing of Pittsfield, IL; his daughter April Troxell (Brandon Owen) of New Canton, IL; his grandchildren, Tandryk Owen, Kelton Owen, Destiny Troxell, Hailey Troxell, Isabella Troxell, Tyler Owen and Kasen Owen; and his siblings, Fred Lothridge (Linda), Rex Lothridge, David Downing (Darlene), Leota Wilcox, Kathy Hewitt (Rick) and Marion Arnold (Curtis).
