She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Lewis and Vivian Lewis (Dexter); her brother Thomas Edwin Lewis; and her nephew William Conrad'Billy'Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her children, Rhonda Syrcle (Rex) of Pittsfield, IL, Roger Donohoo of Versailles, IL and Marcia Grant (David) of Arnold, MO; her grandsons, Ray Syrcle (Jessica), Ryan Syrcle (Jenna Fasig), Major Benjamin Conrad Donohoo (Morgan), Samuel Donohoo (Jenna), Christopher Grant (Kathy) and Nicholas Grant; her great grandchild Conrad Joseph Donohoo; her brother Weldon Conrad Lewis (Karen); her sister-in-law Maxine Lewis; her nieces, Michele Rebensdorf and Jennie Taylor; her nephew Scott Lewis; and her brother-in-law Gary Donohoo (Sharon).

Memorials are suggested to be made to the Pittsfield Public Library or the Mississippi Valley Christian Service Camp.
