She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Leahr and Myra Leahr (Dennis); her husband John R. Phillips; and her brother Myron Leahr. She is survived by: her children, Jack Phillips (Rebecca) of Lebanon, IL, David Phillips (Angela) of Blue Springs, MO, Barb Ringler (Mark) of New Berlin, IL and Sarah Baker (James) of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, John Phillips (Sylvia), Joseph Phillips, Jared Phillips (Joy), Corban Phillips (Elizabeth), Noah Phillips (Natalee), Enoch Phillips (Macy), Jeff Lacey (Ann), Ben Lacey, Dan Lacey and Faith Baker; her great grandchildren, Jameson Lacey, Juliana Lacey, Landon Harshman, Cassia Phillips, Silas Phillips and Lily Phillips; her sister Kathleen Leahr of Galesburg, IL; and her sister-in-law Betty Bradshaw of Quincy, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Niebur Funeral Home (530 W Adams St, Pittsfield, IL 62363). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to be made to the Detroit Christian Church or the Blue River Cemetery.
