He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale F. Myers and Theresa Walker Myers; his sister Marylyn Smith; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Myers, Sally Paulsen, Fred Smith and Daniel Paulsen; and his niece Melanie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Myers; his sons, Mark Myers (Jennifer) of Davenport, IA and Matthew Myers of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Taylor Delk of Dixon, TN, Macayla Myers of Plainfield, IL, Zachary Myers of Tempe, AZ and Brandon Myers of Davenport, IA; his brother Carl Myers (Connie) of Perry, IL; and his siblings-in-law, John Paulsen (Kathy), Mike Paulsen (Joe Olaf), Tom Paulsen, Steven Paulsen, Dennis Paulsen (Grace) and Marika Ray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to be made to Barry Church of Christ or Tri-State Christian Youth Camp.
