He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nadine England Forslund and Lavern Forslund; his sister Patricia Hubbard (John) of Quincy; and his sibling's children, Laura Hubbard (John Gaiosa), Juliet Hubbard and John Hubbard (Joline) of Quincy. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Michael are suggested to Wounded Warriors or another organization supporting disabled Veterans or any animal rescue organization.
