He was predeceased by : his parents, Calvin Milner and Evelyn Lucile Shaw; his sister Shirley Ann Shaw; and his daughter Amanda Toombs. He is survived by : his wife Susan Ward; his daughter Jennifer Beth Shaw; and his siblings, Sheryl Lynn Reddell (J. Randal) of Omaha, AR and Calvin Dean Shaw (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
