With sadness, we share the passing of Patricia Maxine McCleary of Pittsfield, Illinois. Patricia, born on January 21, 1940, passed away on August 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Granville Jeffries and Dellouise Jeffries (Swisher); her husband Philip William McCleary; her daughter Deborah Rae Finch; and her sister-in-law Kim Jeffries.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Todd McCleary (Becky) of Lebanon, Missouri and Tracy Christine Lobberecht (Kenny) of Ft. Madison, Iowa; her grandchildren, Bryan Finch (Laura), Broc Finch (Claire), Trevor Finch (Tiffany), Andrew Finch (Sierra), Erin Snyder (Brad), Ariel Smith (Kenny), Heather Chastain (Randy), Katrina Barkley (Cody), Christoffer Lobberecht (Kayley), Kim La Rue (Jamie) and Michael McCleary (Ashley); her siblings, Jeff Jeffries of Seguin, Texas and Joyce Bladen of Florida; and her son-in-law Larry Finch of Burnside, Illinois. She is also survived by thirty-one great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
