He is survived by: his wife Ruth Adams of Pittsfield, IL; his children, Steven Adams (Jamie) of Lewistown, IL, Eric Adams (Lori) of Wetumpka, AL and Linda Adams of Waukee, IA; his grandson Lucas Adams; his sister Wanda Lee Doddo (Bob); his sister-in-law Linda Austin (Dean); and his sibling's children, Jim Poe, Debbie Geraci (Michael) and Sarah Harris (Paul). He is also survived by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to Pittsfield United Methodist Church or Shriners Hospital.
