Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roger touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Phoenix and Martha Phoenix (Fitch); and his sister Linda Danner. He is survived by: his wife Janet Phoenix of Pittsfield, IL; his children, Roman L. Phoenix (Anne) of Mundelein, IL and Jaunae S. Bacon (Scott) of Pittsfield, IL.; his grandchildren, Ashley S. Phoenix, Ryan J. Phoenix of Mundelein, IL and Phoenix R. Bacon; and his sister Lana Willey of East Peoria, IL..
