Thompson Slayden of Pittsfield, IL; his wife Lori Slayden of Pittsfield, IL; his children, William Slayden of Pittsfield, IL and Michelle Hirth (Nicholas) of Lebanon, TN; his grandson Arthur William Hirth; and his siblings, Rob Slayden (Kate) of Martinsburg, WV and Jeanie Hartman (Ted) of Baylis, IL. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Memorials are suggested to be made to West Cemetery.
