He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Irizarry and Herminia Irizarry; his brothers, Rafael, Leo and Freddy Irizarry; and his cousins, Albert Franco and Raquel Garcia.
He is survived by: his son Evan Irizarry; his grandson Isaac Hernandez; and his siblings, Providencia Irizarry, Joseph and Israel Irizarry (Tommy). He is also survived by family members, post members and friends.
