She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Sladek; her parents, Walter Swiatek and Marie Swiatek; and her brother Arthur Swiatek (Rochelle). She is survived by: her children, Scott Sladek (Judy) and Sharon Kulawiak (Tom); her sister Barbara Wozniak (Tom); her grandchildren, Lauren Lemm (Spencer) and Jordan Kulawiak (Bob Thorell); and her great grandchild Jackson Lemm. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
