He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hendrix; his children, Serenity Harrison (Darren), Forrest Hendrix (Christina), Dustin McKinney (Alison), Wyatt Hendrix and Alexander Quigley; his mother Virginia Beehn (Roy); his siblings, Jimmy Hendrix (Jill), Wanda Johnson (Mark), Chuck Hendrix (late Patty) and Valerie Miko; and his stepsiblings, Roy Beehn Jr. (Wendy), Jeff Beehn (Ashley) and Linda Beehn (Don).
