He was predeceased by: his parents, DeWayne and Betty; and his brother Brent. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meier (Waugh); his brother Todd (Judy); his nephews, Colin and Connor; his parents-in-law, Thelma Waugh and William Waugh (Elaine); his siblings-in-law, Cindy Waugh, Craig Waugh and Sherry Woodworth (Scott); and his nephews, Jacob and Joe Woodworth. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
