He was predeceased by: his father Edward M. Dembowski; and his granddaughter Emma Dembowski. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Dembowski (Wiora); his wife Julie Dembowski (Salach); his children, Edward "Jake" Dembowski (Alison), Kali Dembowski, Ashley Dembowski and Taylor Guido (Anthony); and his brothers, Michael Dembowski and James Dembowski (Andrea).
