He was predeceased by: his mother Elena Rodriguez; and his daughter Medasha Rodriguez. He is survived by: his stepfather Jorge Rios; his wife Kari; his children, Angelica Alvarez, Jasmine Rodriguez, Anthony Rodriguez, Desiree Rodriguez, Spencer Necas and Amber Necas; his grandchildren, Zaniyda and Cameron; his siblings, Monique Marcial (Will), Angelique Rios, Erica Rios, Davina Ortega (Nathan) and Jorge Rios Jr.; and his godchildren, Isiah Soto, Jayleen Ortega, Andrew Egan Jr., Michael Egan and Jonathan Egan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
