He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Weber and Mary Jane Weber (Mooney); and his siblings, John Weber (Eileen), Marilyn Edelen (Frank), William Weber, James Weber and Patrick Weber.
He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his children, James Weber, Thomas Weber (Tricia), Tracy Sebastian (Robert) and Jennifer Weber; his grandchildren, Richard H. III, Kierra Nashkoff, Bridget, Brett, Brooke, Brynna Weber, Cori and Kyle Sebastian; his siblings, Madeline Curran (Ted), Thomas Weber and Mary Jane Wilkins (Michael); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Weber and Joanne Weber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for them to establish a memorial in Fran's name.
