He is survived by: his sister Patricia Lundquist; his wife Carol Dailey; his sons, Howard (Michell), Doug (Heather), Rick (Sharon) and Chris (Kerri); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Will, Michael, Nicole, David, Rick, Andrew, Jonathan (Savannah), Tim, Cody and Alex.
